THE HAWAII SELECTED by MAKI KONIKSON

This activation was produced for the first time in six years in Japan by Maki Konikson, a charismatic coordinator who a highly sought after brand activist. Maki is considered to be the pre-eminent source agent with wide support across the entertainment industry; her network including models, entertainers, business people, and athletes.

Under the concept of “Bringing Japan and Hawaii together,” RAZY WORKS INC was in charge of event planning, project management, and EC production. In addition to airfreighting “THE COOKIE CORNER” for the first time in Japan from Hawaii, the event featured SURF’S UP PEANUTS (aka “tanning snoopy”), available exclusively in Hawaii, as well as many limited items and jewelry designed in collaboration with popular boutiques in Hawaii. THE COOKIE CORNER and the event’s limited edition items were so successful that they sold out in the same day.

The turquoise blue storefront, tropical scents, tropical plants and Hawaiian music culminated for the event which performed over board, setting a new record in sales and attendance at Roppongi Hills Box and surpassing the needs of Hawaii fans who are unable to visit the island in the midst of the ongoing Covid pandemic. The event broke sales and attendance records at Roppongi Hills Box.
